Lin Jiang is the Founder and CEO of Yishi Foods, a first-of-its-kind breakfast brand that is reimagining your oatmeal—and morning ritual. After a childhood in China, Lin came to the U.S. for her college education in 2014. She started Yishi when she was craving a healthier breakfast with flavors and ingredients that she grew up loving. Yishi is available in thousands of retailers including nationwide Whole Foods and Sprouts and has been featured in the media including Forbes, New York Magazine, Bon Appetit, and QVC.
Prior to Yishi, she worked at the Boston Consulting Group and helped Fortune 500 companies develop strategic initiatives in M&A and organization design. Active in the food and Chicago community, Lin serves on the Board of Naturally Chicago. She was named to 2023 Forbes 30 Under 30 in the Food & Drink category.
Outside work, Lin is a current MBA student at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She also enjoys creating art, cooking, traveling, writing, and sharing her business observations and opinions on her personal blog. She has published a cookbook Breakfast Stories sharing her love for Chinese foods, family and homemade meals, and her adventurous journey as an international entrepreneur living in the U.S.
