Dillon's primary role is Director of Quality Assurance for Crystal Packaging, Inc. in Henderson, CO. Since 2015 he has been tasked with implementing a cGMP program, as well as maintaining an Organic certification for a brand that was a new customer to Crystal Packaging at the time. To meet the needs of the company Dillon also works in a sales role as National Account Executive. Being the primary point of contact for customers allows Dillon to understand their vision to assist them in achieving their goals for their brands.  Dillon believes that with constant collaboration, creating a shared vision with customers is the key to success!

Dillon is also a Board Member for the Contract Packaging Association (CPA).  Being a member of the CPA has been advantageous to the direction of Crystal Packaging.  Having seen the value of being a member, Dillon was honored to join the Board of Directors to continue fostering the growth of the CPA.
