Carl Melville is the founder and Managing Partner of The Melville Group. The company's mission is "helping contract manufacturers grow". An industry veteran, Carl has led marketing and business development efforts at some of the industry's largest contract manufacturing firms. Formed in 2009, the Melville Group provides strategy and execution services for contract manufacturers firms and their private equity owners on a range of strategic growth and enterprise value projects. Mr. Melville also publishes industry research in conjunction with the Contract Packaging Association.

Carl is also on the advisory board of the Contract Manufacturing and Packaging Association and publishes their Bi-Annual State of the Industry Report.
