If you are an end user interested in submitting a topic for us to consider, please use the following form. You can use this portal to keep up to date on the status of your submissions. If approved, you'll receive a list of tasks to complete within the portal.

• Proposals must be submitted by the submission deadline. Don’t wait until the deadline to submit. Avoid the rush and stand out from the crowd.
• A link to a video sample as part of the proposal is strongly encouraged. If you don’t have a video of a past speaking engagement, we suggest recording one for your application. 
• Accepted speakers must be available to attend AND be an active participant throughout the entire event.
• Complimentary conference registration will be provided.
• Speaker coaching and presentation development support will be provided by our editorial department.
• Our event manager will offer guidance on your content, help with deliverables and timelines, and more.

• Include actionable takeaways for attendees
• Provide a clear outline of the impact your talk may have on attendees and their organizations
• Tailor your presentation for the audience (i.e., industry, role, company size)
• Showcase an engaging, inspiring, and fun delivery

• Call for Speakers will open on Monday, January 2, 2023
• Presentation submissions are due by Sunday, April 23, 2023
• Speakers will be notified of the status of their application by Monday, May 21, 2023
• Our final agenda will be published by June 18, 2023
• The event will take place in Las Vegas, NV on September 10, 2023
